Treatment typically lasts 30 to 90 minutes, and the number of appointments needed will depend on the severity of your stains and how white you want your teeth to be.
If you opt for at-home treatment, we will take impressions of your teeth and make custom mouthpieces. You will fill each mouthpiece with whitening gel provided by our office and wear the mouthpiece for several hours every day.
You can purchase many whitening agents over-the-counter, but these products contain a weaker formula than the ones you can receive from a professional dentist. Having your teeth whitened professionally also ensures an even and thorough coat of the gel and optimal results.
